According to Government Order, a copy of which lies with the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), it is hereby ordered that Dr. Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, IAS (AGMUT:2012), Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department shall be the Nodal Officer for overseeing inter-departmental coordination during the holy month of Muharram.
